We have two price tiers so we maintain two interest lists. Presently our list for the lower priced tier (30% AMI units) is at capacity and we are not accepting any new interested party contact information.

While we don't have any vacancies, our list for the 50% AMI units is open for interested parties to submit their contact information. Once you are on the list, you will be contacted with the opportunity to apply when we have a unit coming available.

50% AMI units are currently priced at $900 per month. To qualify for one of these units, your income must be between:

 $1,800 - $3,162 per month (for a 1 person household)

$1,800 - $3,616 (for a 2 person household)

$1,800 - $4,066 (for a 3 person household)

As a reminder all units at Laurel Forest are one bedroom, one bathroom.
